Smoked Pulled Pork—$20 per person 

We offer a Per Person price which includes a 1/3 pound of meat per person and 3 pounds of cold sides for every ten people.  Cold items include Potato Salad and Coleslaw.  

Half Smoked Pulled Pork/Half Smoked Brisket—$22 per person 

We offer a Per Person price which includes a 1/3 pound of meat per person and 3 pounds of cold sides for every ten people.   Cold items include Potato Salad and Coleslaw.  

3 Cheese Mac & Cheese—$40 per pan ( 9x13)

This gourmet Mac & Cheese is a great addition and can be added to any menu item.                    Feeds approximately 25 people.

Baked Beans with Burnt Ends—$40 per pan (9x13) 

Slow-cooked Baked Beans flavored with our rub and burnt ends.  Making our beans something you can't pass up.

Feeds approximately 30 people.

Seasoned Sweet Corn—$40 per pan (9x13) 

Kernel corn seasoned with butter and Parmesan cheese.

Feeds approximately 30 people.

Catering packages include slider buns, foam plates, plastic wares, napkins, and chaffing equipment.
